What do I do if I want to return my item?
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please carefully review our return policy below:
Return Period:
You may return your item within 14 days of receipt.
Condition of Items:
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include any freebies or promotional items that were part of the original order.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Customers MUST use the standard post service of their country and NOT third party couriers. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s). If they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
